Stewart Irvine Founding Partner
Mr. Irvine has over twenty years of experience in administration and operations, financial
planning and analysis, international marketing and sales, product development, manufacturing
and management and public company financings. He has extensive experience in developing companies
from concept to operating companies, including public offerings, reverse mergers and consolidation.
His focus is in intellectual property and has been successful in negotiating and licensing
of consumer products, celebrities and artists to major corporations in North America and
internationally. He has specialized in developing innovative consumer products, creative
sales and marketing from concept through to retail sales marketing. He has designed and
implemented online and offline marketing high profile international marketing and
advertising strategies that have resulted in profitable and successful business ventures.
He founded and served as CEO Zamage Digital Imaging Corp. and Wcollect.com, which specialized
in the sale of fine art from master artists to celebrities. The company expanded the boundaries
of online auctions, promotions and events. As President of ArtWorks International Corp.,
he conceived and launched the Peter Max Princess Diana Collectors Series. This was the first
time that the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Foundation joined together in a
global Internet charity event. He created the first online interactive web-seminar site
located at www. youachieve.com. He was the founder of Lifestart Learning Systems Corp.,
the products improve the quality of life, by providing advanced educational tools to the Life Sciences industry.
He is a consummate professional with extensive International experience in consumer
trends, strategic and operations planning, consumer product merchandizing and integration
of online and offline marketing. He has designed and implemented high profile international
marketing and advertising strategies that have resulted in profitable and successful business ventures.

Patrick Capozzi Founding Partner
Pat Capozzi has been building businesses for thirty years. In the 1970’s he combined his interest in hospitality
and computers to build and manage a hotel complex that achieved top ten status in North America (measured in Revenue / Room).
At the same time he built his first software company Hospitality Data Systems. HDS built one of the first fully
integrated hotel management systems and with the deregulation of telecommunications he was able to forge a
joint venture with venture capital Corporation based in Dallas Texas.
He was a pioneer in the engineered home industry where he built an integrated CAD / materials management system.
As a result of Capozzi’s data processing systems the company flourished as an integrated lumber re-manufacturer
and home design company. After participating in the sale of the manufacturing concern to a Japanese firm,
Capozzi put his knowledge of CAD / Imaging together with his database skills to build an one of the first
digital printing operations in Vancouver, B.C.
He has worked for Compaq, (HP), Microsoft and Boeing among others and was the chief data architect at
Excel Data. Pat has worked as Data Architect / programmer for major internet projects such as AllStudents.com,
CornerDrugstore.com and as director of development for AllRecipes.com.
